Together with your help, patients and families who are facing financial and emotional hardships, due to being diagnosed with Heart Failure, will be given an opportunity to adapt to the challenges they now face. With your donations, patients will be provided financial and emotional resources for themselves and their families. Your generous donations will provide assistance with patient co-pays, transportation needs for medical visits, lodging and food expenses for their families when admitted to the hospital and other needs as necessary. Your generosity will also allow Hearts Restored to organize community wide support groups, provide educational awareness events, and facilitate productive discussions while providing resources to aid in the prevention of Heart Failure.
