Who Is Hearts Restored INC.?
Hearts Restored Inc. (a 501c3 non-profit) was formed with the goal to provide HOPE for patients and their families who are diagnosed with Heart Failure. To provide a forum for patients and families to gather in a safe environment with others facing the same challenges. Through quarterly meetings, Hearts Restored will provide a wealth of resources and knowledge for patients and their families to create a community of support. Through financial donations Hearts Restored, Inc., is able to help provide patients with resources such Weight Scales and pulse Oximeters and Financial Assistance for medication and health related expenses. Host support group meetings to help understand the necessary lifestyle changes of living with heart failure. Financial donations are also used for community outreach programs including first responders and meeting with medical professionals from around the world to help educate and create awareness and early identification of these patients.
